Please read the following carefully. It contains important information for submitting your story to be considered for inclusion in a new book by Elaine.
HOW THIS WORKS:
You may submit a true story of a personal experience with paranormal activity
by filling out the form below. All stories will be considered, but only
a select few will be accepted. After carefully reading the rules listed
below, you will need to check the box acknowledging that you have read and
accept the rules, and you will be redirected to a page where you may submit
your story.
RULES FOR SUBMITTING A STORY
~ All stories must be submitted by the actual person experiencing the phenomenon. You may not
submit a story for another person.
~ Submissions will only be accepted by persons 18 years of age or older. You may be required
to submit proof of age, if your story is accepted.
~ All stories must be true experiences as they actually happened. No tales or legends.
(we reserve the right to investigate submissions and if they are found to be false, they will
be immediately disqualified)
~ The chances of your story being accepted may be enhanced by providing supporting documentation,
including photographs, audio evidence, witness statements, etc.
~ All stories that are accepted will require a signed release form. By signing the release
form, you will be agreeing that you understand you will not receive any compensation for the
inclusion of your story, that you release the author and publisher from any and all claims, and
that your story is true and factual as submitted. If you would not feel comfortable signing
such a release form, please do not proceed with submitting your story.
